  • As a tenant I must say customer service dropped since Avondale took over management. They are not customer friendly and nickel and dime you with any fees. You have to face a strange attitude when you need to talk to management. They are horribly arrogant and unfriendly. Needless to say I will be moving out when my lease expires.
