  • I see most of the reviews are positive on their service department but I really cannot say the same on the sales side. We are looking for a larger size family vehicle and went in Country Hill Toyota with the Sequoia in mind. We were greeted warmly immediately as we walked in, ans were taken to the Sequoia in the show room. What happened next really disappointed me very much. The saleman couldnt answer exactly my question on its gas mileage, wouldnt get me a detailed pricing when asked nor detailed financial options. He actually told me to get online and get a quote. When I requested a trade in value estimate he refused to do so and said we had to consider buying before he even checked the book. I had never seen any arrogant and ignorant sales person like him before so we decided to leave. I really liked the Sequioa and wanted to finally test drive it. However he told me he couldnt get the keys and told me to call back and make an appointment. This experience really changed our impression of Toyota, at least its sales departmentat at country hills. Anthony is the salesman and we definitely wont go back to him.
