  • My splash shield (cover under chassis to help with aerodynamics or something) was hanging loose on my 2010 Prius, and I could hear it drag across speed bumps. I called to schedule an appt with the Toyota Dealer and was informed it would have to be replaced at $248 for the part, plus labor and would take a day. I said it could be pinned back, and I was informed it couldn't and needed replacing. Total BS. I called ToyoMotors and they told me the only reason to replace it, is if it's gone or very damaged, and then it would be up to me if I wanted it replaced. I made an appt for that afternoon, brought it in and within 20 mins they said it was complete. They charged me for five clips at 70 cents each and $9.73 for labor. Total bill was $14.14 - fourteen dollars and fourteen cents! I was very happy and will continue to service my car at ToyoMotors Auto Care.
