  • I am not sure what the other reviews were seeing. There is always a wait at Urgent Care facilities. I once spent 8 hours at a hospital waiting. This facility is great. The waiting area is large and very comfortable. I hate sitting side by side with sick people in a cramped waiting room. The staff is always very pleasant. They triage all patient with the basics.. heart rate, blood pressure, temperature. It speeds things up. During the triage they confirm the purpose of your visit. They also do on site prescriptions, xrays, physicals. They are much easier to work with then going to my PA. I give them 5 stars and might consider them for my annual physical.
