  • Overall, very professional and end result oriented service. Chris was our estimator and kept me informed, via prompt email responses. My 2015 Brown X5's bumper was bumped in a parking lot, despite being only 3 weeks off the dealer lot. Inconveniences happen. Luckily, this shop was not an inconvenience. They promptly ordered the parts for the bumper once the insurance e-claim was received. All in all, one week for the parts + one week for the repair (for a light scratches, dents and misalignment of a lower bumper) = 2 weeks until the car was brought back looking like nothing every happened. Best result... They may be slightly more pricey, but the extra hundred or two may be worth it for the quality result (original parts and beautiful paint job).
