  • Nstyle was the first place I came across that seemed really good. The aestheticians are very good and nice. I would definetely recommend Nahita for eyebrows and Lubna for waxing. They give you 10% of what you pay as points so when you hit 15 points you can start to redeem them. But the only problem is the guy who sits in front. I've been going there for 3 years now but whenever there was a problem this was caused by him. For me going to a saloon like this and paying a premium price means I will get out of the store happy and relaxed. But what happens in return is I always leave unhappy and stressed. At once I came in late by 10 minutes and I'm their customer for 2 years at that moment and he turned me down. I know it may be a bit too much but I asked him if they leave times between other appointments and he told me that they leave a 10 minute breaks in between for the late customers. But apparently he does not see me as a customer to put me in. When I confronted this about him he just started arguing and not listening to me. He wanted to show that he is older than me so he has all the authority and since he is the manager he can do whatever he want although I go there once a week! This is not how you should react to a loyal customer and definetely not what I expected of him! And this was not it... I continued to go to the place and did not interacted with him since I'm not there for his rudeness. I call the place for getting an appointment and the person on the phone did not understand me and in the middle of our conversation gave the phone to him. I asked him if she did understand me and he said we told you we can't take appointments. But I wasn't talking about the appointment and again he proved himself to be not a good listener or a manager. Once I told him what I was asking he said I told you we can't woth giving a good reason. I said okay that is what I was wondering but you did not listen to me at the first place why are you acting in this way? And his answer is that we won't be accepting any further appointments from you. Go find another place. Thanks to him I did find a wonderful place where the manager is hands on and always takes a good care of you and tries to solve your problems rather than making you feel bad about yourself. I would definetely suggest people looking out for another place which are in the same price range but do offer better services than headphones! The aestheclabs maybe hard to leave (that's why I didn't leave for a long time) but there is a place very close to this one that offers a spa like service and food and many more things that would make you feel like you are in a dream! I hope no one has to come across this guy as I did when you are just there to relax...
