  • I've been there so many times but yesterday but for the first time we had a bad time... We got a light notebook in March and now it is not working anymore. We wait about 1 hour and 40 min. to get my mom notebook checked. Nobody wanna to see it because it had to be a "specialist". We wait wait and always had to explain to a different staff the same problem which couldn't see it. A "specialist" came and saw that my mom note wasn't working as I said and all he just took our note for sending to the technician and collect my information to send my note after 3 business days. If it was only to take her notebook to send it for an examination could another staff do that, no??? Why we had to wait almost 2 hours for only a simple thing? I felt a terrible headache after leaving and my mom which is already over 65 years old was really tired.
