| - They don't even deserve the one star, but you have to give them at least one to do the review. My boyfriend bought a couple's massage for us around Christmas time, as a gift to me. The Groupon didn't expire until mid June, so it was still good to use. I have tried to get in touch with these people for months now to schedule an appointment! You have to text them, which is weird. They texted me back once or twice when I asked about availability on the weekends, telling me that they weren't available, and I should come on a weekday (because it not like I have a job to be at on weekdays or anything ha) but they never assisted me setting up an actual appointment. Now, they flat out didn't respond back at all after multiple attempts. They are incredibly rude when they do text you back. The funny thing is that I told them up front that I had a Groupon, so I'm thinking they didn't want to honor it. No one is holding a gun to your head- if you don't want to accept Groupon, then don't have your business offer it on Groupon at all! Now my boyfriend now has to get a refund on a Christmas gift! Hopefully Groupon will honor the refund. People, avoid this place, and especially don't buy a Groupon for it. Such a waste of time.
