Visiting from Oregon and my uber driver got lost, I called 10 minutes before my appointment expressing how my uber driver was lost and I'd be 5 minutes late. Receptionist said it was fine. Arrived at the location and no one was at the front desk, I filled out the patient thing and sat in the lobby alone for 8 minutes. Finally someone came out and told me I would have to wait over an hour to be seen.
I know I was late but I called and was reassured it would be ok then to be told I'd have to wait is ridiculous. Costumer service clearly isn't a priority
