  • This is the 4th time I've been to this Starbucks. Unfortunately it's another service fail. They are not rude, not friendly either. But they just can't get it right. The other day I was the only person in here and they forgot my order! I ordered, the guy took it and no one filled it. Today I ordered a grande coffee so I wouldn't have to wait in the painfully slow line again. I paid for a grande but got a tall.
