  • This is what this company is all about: Buying up properties, forcing tenants to be on month to month, then slowly kicking them out to "do renovations." Our neighbors were given 30 days to move out because centurion wanted to renovate their apartment. We got out of there before it was our turn. Additionally, it is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone at the office and they never return voicemails.
