Have been here 4-5 times with my new kitten I rescued from Lied (Animal Foundation) since they are the vet that's associated with them once you adopt. I have a regular vet that my other kitty sees but like I said since VCA is the animal hospital associated w/ Animal Foundation went to them since the 1st set of shots are free if you go w/in a certain time frame. Really like Dr. Winn the couple of times that I have seen him. Other vet (Dr. Lisa) didn't seem forthcoming in the information she should have told me at the time of my visit. Had she told me the information she failed to it would have saved a 2nd trip to the vet. Rooms could be cleaner. Always seems to be hair/fur on chairs & tables. Makes me leery to set my kitten down or sit myself. It's the front counter staff that needs to have a refresher in customer service skills. I don't recall the woman's name when I went in the 1st time but she was just rude & had an attitude with me when I tried to explain that I (well my kitten) was a new patient & was just asking what their procedure was. Would have rather went to my regular vet (half a block from my house) instead of driving 12 miles one way to get there. Will finish out the yearly shot routine but will take my kitten to my regular vet from now on.
