  • We stayed for 2 nights on the 7th floor. We stayed in the Bella Suites, which have 2 queen beds. We went as a family of 8, so we got 2 Bella Suites. The rooms are big enough where we could of just got one room. The self parking was easy. Lot's of parking. It's easy to get to the check-in desk. On the confirmation paper it says to check in at 3:00pm, but we checked in around 11:00am. They gave us a room even though we were that early. No long wait for our rooms. You can get WiFi in the lobby, but not in the rooms unless you pay. =( I think they should give us free WiFi everywhere, since we're already paying about 200$ per night. In the room it has two t.v.'s. The bathroom is very spacious. I love their pillows, very fluffy! I thought the couch in the room was okay. There was a lot of space in between the cushion. The air conditioning in this rooms get super cold! I prefer the temperature at 70. The maintenance guys were fast. They changed a t.v. and a phone of ours that was reported not working within 15 minutes. I love the pool area. I loved how there were chairs in the water so you can lay out there. It felt so nice doing it with the breeze! The shops in this hotel were mostly high end, but it's so big you can shop for hours in there. Also, the elevators are so fast. You can't even feel it moving. You get to your floor without even realizing it. I recommend this hotel.
