  • WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -10 stars. I had done online pre-approval for their used cars and gotten a call to run my credit. I told Jordan Smith that I was interested in an HHR, had 500 down cash plus my trade. Ran my credit, told me that I could get financed for one of their 10 HHR's, just come in and test drive one. I get there and i'm told that I can't buy a recalled car. UM, why did I drive down there then??? They told me it would be 3 months before any of them are fixed and I cannot test drive one. Jordan offered to show me what they had and takes me to the used car lot and starts to point out little Saturns and crappy beater cars!!! When I told him I was not interested, he proceeded to tell me that "with my terrible credit" I would not have been approved for a 9,000 dollar HHR anyway and a 5,000 dollar Saturn would be all I could get financed for. So I wasted over an hour to hear something totally different than being told over the phone and when he realized he wasn't making a sale off of me, he had his "used sales manager" come over to me to talk to me, who then told me "i'm from new york, accept my honesty or not, with your credit score.. you would never get approved for any nice 9-10,000 car and you take what you get, which is an older car that was previously never taken care of." I walked away furious and he proceeded to walk away LAUGHING AT ME!!! This has ruined my car buying experience completely.
