  • Excellent service. I came here for work and the Ritz-Carlton is in our list of accepted hotels. No matter how late I get back, the staff always has a smile on their face and they greet me gently and nicely. I love the little touches like a card beside my bed stating who did my bed for the night, the weather the next day and an educational information regarding Toronto like Yonge being the longest street in the world. I highly recommend the Ritz-Carlton. I also love that the staff from the General Manager to the concierge would make small talk.
