  • I agree with Lorayne...stay away from Banner Boswell! I, too, was sent to the ER by my doc. I was checked in to their "charge by the hour" observation ward quickly. Tests were ordered, all neg. I was told to "not eat" anything in case the doc wanted to order more tests. Next morning I was waiting for the specialist that needed to see me before I was discharged....waited & waited with the "cash cow charges by the hour" accruing. I hadn't eaten anything in over 24 hours. I told them I was leaving & would f/u with my regular doc. Last year I had a similar experience with Banner Del Webb. They check you in & you become their prisoner..they won't let you out!! All they want is money & they don't care about the patient!
