  • The only reason these apartments get 2 stars is because our apartment inside is beautiful. I have had so many issues with my move in. I was supposed to move in on the 20th into an east apartment and when we showed up with our uhaul, we went to go open our apartment and they hadn't cleaned inside at all. There was still good caked onto the stove, oven, and refrigerator. The previous owners had 2 dogs that they allowed the balcony to be used as their bathroom. There were paw prints with feces smeared all over the door. The apartment was unlivable and they had to do an emergency transfer to a new apartment on the west side of the complex. We moved into that apartment instead, after setting up electricity, Internet, and renters insurance through the first apartment. We did not receive any paperwork when we moved in and didn't get our keys until 3 days later. I just did a walk through of our apartment, and the washer doesn't even turn on and the bathroom needs to be resurfaced, they told us they would fix it, but we'll see. We had an appointment the morning after move in day to sign everything over, and the lady who had helped us make that appointment wasn't even there, she was running late and it was already 9:30 when we decided to leave, we had to return our uhaul truck. The moving experience this property gave us was absolutely ridiculous. I hope nobody else had to go through what we went through.
