  • Excellent experience! From setting up the appointment to arrival of the crew, everything was very professional and thorough. Crew called 30 minutes out from arrival as promised, and arrived on time. Alex and his crew immediately introduced themselves (even shaking hands - who does that anymore?). They treated everything with great care and asked questions when in doubt. They were great about pointing out a few scratches etc that were already on my furniture, to be sure I knew they didn't damage anything. I finally insisted they take a break as they just kept moving and moving. No lagging around, no cig breaks like so many other movers often do. Taking TV's down and detaching the arms, no problem for them. Removing curtain rods then marking and bagging the screws for each, no problem. They would have been done in the planned amount of time, but I kept finding more and more things for them to do and it was SO worth it. Not a scratch, not a thing broken or damaged. First move in over 20 years that I literally had no stress nor did I lift a finger. Clean, friendly, just an overall GREAT experience. As a Realtor in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area, I provide my clients with referrals to companies I personally have had a good experience with. Camelback Moving is now the one and only mover I will recommend from this point forward. Cost efficient, no hidden fees, professional; couldn't ask for anything more. Kudo's to Alex and his crew - and to Camelback management for a top-notch experience. You absolutely will NOT be disappointed.
