Stopped in late evening for a sweet treat and coffee.
At first I was excited to find this spot, as the ambience was very cool. But the excitement didn't last too long.
The coffee was good but the Chocolate Carmel Truffle (it's the only chocolate dessert on the dinner menu) was just awful. First of all it was cold!! The way it was described on the menu, I expected it to be a delicious warm chocolate cake with layers of Carmel and whipped cream with walnuts on top. Honestly it reminded me of a Hostess Cupcake with Cracker Jacks on top! This place is a classy restaurant and with a price of $8.50 just for the dessert, I expected a dessert like what you would receive at Ruth Cris or
a similar establishment. I could not eat it!! Very very disappointed! I should have asked the waitress to take it back in retrospect. With so many good Yelp reviews, I might return but dessert won't be ordered for certain.
