  • Unfortunately I had to put one star just to write a review about this place. I get my nails done a lot, usually I stick with sns powder, that's what I went for. The guy who did my nails did a fairly good job until he brushed the powder off my nail which then created a lump, I could tell they were getting a little busy so he was rushing. I kindly told him that I need another coat so it doesn't look like a washed off color than the one I chose. He then respectfully did another coat but did not shave my nail to make it look smooth, instead it looks like a piece of clay smooshed down on my nail, I kindly said I'm sorry but they're bothering me, he then got another lady on my nails and she tried "fixing them" by putting a clear coat on them, I told her that my nails don't look natural they look like a blob on my nails and she rudely said "it's not our fault it's the powder" I then said well I like my nails looking as natural as possible and she continuously wanted to argue and tell me that it's my fault because I asked for another coat. Then out of random the manager or whatever she acted like, said " we can't change it cause you don't like the color" and I'm like lady this isn't about the color it's about how your "nail technician" did the coat, all she did was give me attitude instead of trying to fix the problem! DONT GO HERE They are rude and HORRIBLE To their customers!
