  • After I posted my review, hotel's Director of Rooms, Mr. Christian Potvin, got in touch with us. He has been extremely nice, working to resolve the issues we had with the hotel. So, after all they do care what you think about them. He even went as far as delivering a free candy and fruit plate into our room, beautifully decorated, as an apology. Thank you so much!
