  • They had a repo to do on another car at a different address. They came to where I was located and seen my car and towed it.. And when we got to the tow yard my bf's wallet and the keys to all our other cars where in the towed car. He had to go back to get his wallet to pay, the guy threatened to shoot him because my BF didn't want to give up our keys to the towed car . They wouldn't even provide an new receipt with the correct pick up address, and when asking for the contract they had with where my vehicle was towed from they couldn't find it... Oh and not to mention, when my BF and I first arrived and called the AFTER HOURS phone numbers 10-20 times nobody would answer. Because I guess the call forwarding wasn't working, we only know that because they sent their new guy to the office to set it up. He mentioned that Frank was complaining saying "why am I not getting any calls?" HE KNEW HE TOWED MY CAR AND SHOULDNT HAVE. Obviously we're going to be calling, this a 2016 car!
