Had my AC go out. I completed what troubleshooting I could myself. Confirmed that the compressor was working properly, checked the breakers and fuses. Isolated it to the blower motor was not working for some reason. I even went as far as changing the capacitor. Since it was now getting beyond my scope. I carefully considered who I was going to call to assist. I read tons of reviews and decided on calling George! They were able to send out a Tech last night. He was pleasant enough and came in to look at the blower. Much to my dismay, he climbed the ladder looked at the unit and declared yep, $1000! As he hadn't done any testing, I asked specifically for what? He said the blower motor was burned out and needed replacing. But more importantly my system is old and I should replace it instead of paying $1000 for the replacement motor, I could get a new one for $8000. When I didn't bite he went outside and looked at the compressor and said well think about it, he could do it for $6500. I told him we would think about it but for now let's go with the fix.after he charged me the $79.95 service charge. He said, he would order the part and call me today to schedule the repair. To my disappoinment I never received a call. Not wanting to go another day without AC, I called AC Experts and got Sam. He was awesome. Not only was he able to get my AC repaired. He took his time to diagnose the problem and discovered the circuit board was bad (hmm, I even asked about that to the other tech). He not only fixed my issue so now I have AC, He saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. Thanks for absolutely nothing George Brazil! You have been a pure disappointment and I my book a complete fraud.
