  • I LOVE this place. It's easy for a trendy place to rely solely on ambience and falter on the important stuff (food and service), but The Covenant does an amazing job in all aspects. We've always sat at the bar, and every bartender we've had here as been extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Get the charred octopus appetizer. And oh my god, anything with their short rib. I literally day dream about their short rib dip- it's the best sandwich I've ordered from anywhere in recent memory. Their wine selection is amazing, and their house cocktails are very good as well.
