  • Went to this place because the usual hair salon I go to was closed until March 30th. To start off, the lady who did my hair asked me if I was having a regular wash, I said yes. While washing my hair I could hear her practically scraping bottles to have enough shampoo and conditioner for my hair, while using packets as well. The end result was decent, however when I asked how much it would cost she told me $85, never in my life had I ever been told $85 for a wash and blow dry. Her excuse was that I have a lot of hair and she did a deep conditioning, I didn't even ask her to do a deep conditioning. Mind you my hair barely passes my shoulders and is somewhat thin. I told her that was the most I ever paid, she proceeded to tell me $75, then $70. I said $65 is the most I will pay being that I don't even have a lot of hair and people with short hair pay $45. On top of that, her machine doesn't even work for credit and told me I could go get cash from an ATM in the plaza. So you expect me to pay $85 in a place where I can't even use my card? I would never recommend this place to anyone it's overpriced, overrated, dirty and unprofessional.
