  • Walking down the isle with my brand new tailored suit, with rips under both arms says a lot. then going in the store and being yelled at by a guy with his finger in your face is a whole other level of customer service that I do no t appreciate. Upon my return visit he was much more apologetic, but he never refunded my money. Instead he offered me a deal on another suit.
