  • First I'll start with ice ordered and sat in the restaurant to eat and never had a bad experience despite some colorful reviews I've seen. A customer should never receive food with mold on it. I ordered delivery and when I opened the container for a sauce that comes with tempura I was SHOCKED to see fuzzy MOLD floating around in the sauce. To add insult to injury the manager offered a refund for only the tempura. I said to myself before calling if they refund the entire order I'll be ok if not I'm writing the review. So here it is. Agh!
