This is my second go to Vietnamese place when I'm up in the West end of T.O. Small little plaza, parking in front can be difficult on weekends but on the side there is more spots. Usually get the rare beef Pho the soup base is just right and tasty. Standard comes with the fresh rice noodle thin profile and I think you can opt for the dry type. For appetizer we like the steam ground pork rice flour rolls (BANH CUON) very soft and delicious with fish dipping sauce.
