Skippable location for escape rooms. We went for Tremble In The Studio and my biggest problem with this room is that the puzzles does not make sense. The logic behind them were very arbitrary, and could totally be interpreted differently from person to person. Also, although on the website it says no music knowledge is required for this room, it would save you at least 5 minutes if you do know music knowledge.
The staff were not as prepared as those of other escape room locations are. I understand that Friday nights can be a little bit busy, but 1) They were not booked to the point where everything is occupied, 2) Management should probably assign one more staff if they insist in such high accommodating capacity.
Overall, great prices but mediocre game design. Very unlikely to return to EscapeZone.

EDIT:
I browsed through some of the other 1 star / 2 star reviews to see why people did not like EscapeZone. Apparently customers who have played at more than one escape room location have reflected similar issues from 2 YEARS AGO. This is enough to prove that the owner/staff does not care about customer feedback at all. Very disappointed.
