  • Having been downtown for the last 4 years, I'm glad to see Markham now has their own Aroma! I've had a very very bad experience once at another Aroma location which resulted in days of vomiting, so I'm very reluctant to try any foods here. But their drinks are amazing!! The Marshmallow Hot Chocolate is supposedly one of their most popular items, and if you are having a sweets craving, that is definitely the way to go. It's comforting cocoa at a whole new level. =) I'm not much of a coffee drinker either but their coffee smells delicious and their lattes taste fantastic! I love their smoothies. My sister introduced me to the Kale/Mango Smoothie which i LOVE because its got real fruit and veggies. Theres that taste of mango that over powers the drink, but on the backend, theres that grassy taste of kale to enjoy. Definetely something you can make at home, but once in a while, it's nice not to have to prepare your own messy blended drinks. hahaha The only little issues I've encountered are that every time I come in, there's a trainee being left by their lonesome on the cashier. So when I place a very very simply drink order, they spend 5 minutes staring at me. I'm not sure what part of my order they want me to clarify if they don't speak up. I completely understand that they're in training, but should they really be left alone on the cash? All in all, great place tucked away by the walmart/ cinnabon entrance.
