  • When we're staying in the strip, we prefer to stay at the Vdara because it's non-smoking, manageable and provides convenient access to the Bellagio, Caesar's, Aria, etc. I upgraded to the City Corner Suite during our most recent stay here and the suite is huge with amazing strip (especially the Bellagio fountain) view! I liked having a washing machine & dryer in the room. What was unfortunate was the heater was not working on our first night but we were exhausted and it was too late to have someone check and fix it so we froze and suffered all night. The following morning, the nicest facilities engineer fixed the heater and the rest of our stay was good. It was convenient to have Starbucks and the Marketplace Cafe downstairs. The Vdara suite is showing its age but overall, it's still a nice hotel.
