This is only a partial review because I have yet to achieve my one request: Set up a consultation. The story: I go to the website and fill out the information needed, requesting a consultation. Next day I have a voice mail, which I return. The young lady proceeds to take down all my information again, and tells me to hold on. After about a minute (waiting for what I thought would be someone who schedules appointments) the call drops. Next day I have a voice mail, which I return. Explain the situation but this time they have my information and when I explain that last time I was hung up on, the receptionist apologizes and says someone will call me back. Next day I have a voice mail, which I return. I recap the previous attempts, and state that this is the 4th time contacting them to merely schedule an appointment which I can do online with my dentist, the DMV (of all entities!), and anyone other business that has any interest in serving their customers. Not getting a warm fuzzy here.
