  • Just not great if you are low on cash it's ok but the people in the front desk literally do not know what there doing I had gotten a room with 2 queens a balcony and a mini fridge we arrived late got in the room no balcony and no mini fridge next day we called the lady who wasn't pleasant at all but told us ok call in a hour and your room will be changed we had to call her no room then the next person said give me 10 min after all that we were changed into the room but one problem only one queen ? we had to change yet again the guy who came was verry nice and extremely professional we finally got into the correct room after changing twice and my sister scrapped her leg on the bed that had wire sticking out would I come her again nope just stay at the thunderbird next door Note to hotel train your staff correctly act professional do not argue with the people who stay and pay for a particular room remember your at work act like it
