  • Austin and Lori have been outstanding. I get quick replies and have had NO ISSUES with their handling of my rental townhouse. I was with another, crappy, company prior and its like night to day. BRING ME MORE SUNSHINE. Be sure to read the contract, ask questions, and get answers -- YOU WILL. My property was damaged by an evicted tenant (under previous company, not Orange). Bids were done by Orange & they looked reasonable too. Lori gave me multiple vendors to choose from. All work was done pronto and the place rented again within a month or so. I cannot express more gratitude to have this company overseeing my property. BEFORE, I had to do so much darn work (billing was wrong, accounting mistakes, violation letters repeatedly, etc). Now, I just wait for my monthly check with almost no contact with them (until today when I asked for my tax forms) -- whoops, my bad, they come by end of February, sorry. Anyway, they are outstanding and I am an actual human being not some robot or fake. I tell it like it is -- see my other reviews. You cannot buy happiness, but you CAN take your business to Orange and taste it! KM
