  • I have been very unhappy with services at this agency. I took my son there for ADD testing and his counselor was unprepared at every visit. Once we showed up and she didn't even have the test on hand. He was tested for autism as well, over the course of many appointments. On a particular day I was called back to the office 10 minutes late, then this counselor took personal phone calls during the sessions and even dismissed me 15 minutes early to get her moms phone turned back on. I would bet she charged for the whole hour! The final meeting for results she did not even have the write up.I then opted to have the results sent to me even though she wanted to meet again to discuss results. The results came in the mail today and some of the information is incorrect. There's even a paragraph about a different child! Complete waste of my time!
