| - Finally decided to complete this review.. first of all, I love LV and will continue to buy, just not this location. never.
i wish i can give a NEGATIVE star review is for the Asian female sales associate ( her name is DingD) that "assisted" me. if im buying an $800 bag. do not rush me and ask me 3x if Ive already decided. she even said "can I take away the bags?" seriously? Im not gonna run off with them. you dont have to insult me and Believe me, you. will. know. if I am done. Its either I tell you to take them away or I tell you that i have already picked the bag. rushing me will not help. Until now I still wish that I just walked out and bought my LV somewhere else. I was totally dissapointed with their level of customers service, they'll completely crush your shopping experience. Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service just like other reviews stated.
I went there ON MY BIRTHDAY with my boyfriend to buy the bag that ive been eyeing. we mentioned it twice that it was my birthday.
Got home realized, oh, there's no box. They only put it in a dust bags and then sealed the shopping bag. Called them and said I wanted a box. she said that the store doesnt give out boxes anymore. So I called another LV store in edmonton, they had it available and ready for pick-up anytime.
When I called calgary again another lady told me that they do still give out boxes, they charge shipping if i want them to send the box. its just that the box for my bag was out of stock. Funny that you drop $800 on a bag and the sales associate doesnt even have the courtesy to explain that YOU CAN have a box if you wish, you just have to wait for the next shipment because the box is out of stock. Anyway, to make the long story short after complaining that ill return the bag altogther and just buy it in another store, they offered to ship out to me when they receive it (because they wait for the boxes to come from france). Funny that the bag is made in the USA but the box still has to come from france. until now i still havent received the box yet. I'll probably just return the bag and buy it from another LV store.
to make your stay there worthwhile ask for that gentleman, I wish i remembered his name. he was absolutely friendly and engaging. he even told me about the history of the bag that I wanted to purchase and made jokes. Too bad i didnt see him anymore when I came back. but never never ask for the asian sales associate- "DING. D."
