  • Not the place to go if you have an emergency! Went into the office because my 3 year old was burning up in fever, coughing, tick mucous. Described the symptoms and they said they could see her. Meanwhile their computer system goes down( understandable, nothing they can control) but no back up plan! Doctors stoped seeing patients and front desk didn't informed anyone in lobby! Someone asked them about their waiting time that's when I realized it was going to take a longer then normal. I asked again to confirm it! 1:30min later and computers comeback up! Again, the only reason why I found out about it was because someone else had asked how long was going to take. It's unfortunate that the perfect location it's not prepared to function properly.
