  • Horrible!! Booked with "Alex" from offer up, he promised there would be 2 movers and charged my the "emergency" fee for after 5:00. I was in a jam and agreed. I waited, we had people and arrangements waiting at the location and no show. 7:30 now and they won't answer or reply to texts. Don't waste your time on these people. Update: They called me after seeing this post to say....we were coming, but now that you wrote a bad post we will not come....terrible service. No one answered texts and calls and now they call to "cancel" , not to say sorry....we had something come up. "Ben" actually hung up on me. Wow, these guys do not know how to run a business.
