  • Excellent food especially Philly Cheese SteaksMediocre customer service. I've called in an order and people have kept me waiting for 4 to 5 minutes. Ive hung up, waited another few minutes and then have taken my order in a rude manner. Overall this company has great food and horrible customer service. NOTE TO CORPORATE: Train your franchises and owners to have way better customer service this probably would have grown your business faster......
