  • Overall I am very pleased with be green and their service. I got a deal through living social and when Alex showed up he did a thorough check of the condition of the carpets and convinced me to add sanitizer to my order. The next day every room and staircase was great except one room downstairs office. It had a very strong pet odor I was not expecting especially since I had paid for sanitizer. I called the company and Adam was wonderful saying they stand behind their work and will make it right. I ended up waiting another day to see if the smell would dissipate and it did not fully and when I spoke to Adam again he scheduled me for the next day and promised it was covered under the warranty. However, the next day I got a different technician who tried to upsell me 2 more sanitizer treatments. After explaining that I would not be paying any more he grudgingly agreed to shampoo again but then part way through he said he could not go on without sanitizer and he 'refused to pay out of his pocket'. Luckily I was able to get Adam on the phone again and get my treatment completed. I am glad the overall company stands behind their work... and if you live in the Phoenix area I would recommend asking for Alex to do your treatment! He was much less strong arm and offered me a much better price for stairs than the second guy told me.
