  • The initial contact and multiple tree and plant treatment was satisfactory however one of my citrus trees started dropping leaves after the treatment and a return visit was required. It is now one week later and, despite MULTIPLE return visit promises, there has been no real attempt to come by, personally assess the problem and fix it! And my large orange tree continues to remain in stress and drop leaves. FYI, I have now scheduled another company (at added cost) to come out and correct the problem. What a shame; what started out as a very good service was destroyed by a total lack of needed follow-up.
