  • If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are a subcontractor with out home warrenty and that's how we were referred to them. Our issues start Wednesday and it is now Saturday and they are unresolved. Thursday the repairman came out said "everything is running 100%; you need to use thinner filters that's why it's overheating". The awesome repairman ignored that the fan and compressor were only working for about 1 hour at a time. We have made about 20 calls to them and they are refusing to come back out, if they return our calls at all. They asked my husband to send a photo of our filters which we did to show they were clean and new and when we attempted to call after several hours the number was disconnected! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!! They are taking their funds and screwing their customers! For what it's worth we are not ac experts and we know that the fan and compressor are not running appropriately. We have filed a complaint with our home warrenty and will be filing for a return for the fees that we paid and likely file a review with the better business bureau. It's 118 out and 95 in house and they could care less. We were told "it's your fault you need to change your filters more often"; we buy expensive filters (that don't need to be changed for 3 months) and change them every month because we have three dogs and allergies. And for what it is worth we tried the filters they recommended and the AC still doesn't work. Again STAY AWAY!!! RESPONSE TO THE OWNER ATTEMPTING TO JUSTIFY THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: Yeah we change them every month and provided photos to prove it. We are not negligent!!!! Their customer service is horrible!!!! Oh and our home warrenty is not denying the claim we spoke with them and they are sending someone else out in the morning! Nice they can reply to a review but not a phone call or reply to the photos we sent to prove our case like they requested! Not to mention our home warrenty company confirmed with us that they too could not get in contact with anyone with this company to figure out what was going on. UPDATE: are home warranty sent out one of their own technicians this morning and within an hour he replaced the fan motor and compasitor which was causing the issue and now our air conditioning is working, so much for it being the filters! Oh and they didn't charge us anything.
