The plane broke down. He didn't get to fly. It ruined my son's Christmas. And shockingly!! They refuse to refund our money.
We showed up excited - giddy even. It was my son's dream. We went through the prep class and pre-check. The pilot was friendly and professional. My son and husband got in the plane, but sadly, never took off. My son was crestfallen. We rescheduled for the following Tuesday. Guess what? They only have 1 plane...and that plane was still broken. No one called us to let us know. No apology for ruining Christmas. Unbelievably, the manager Mary let us know that there is a "no refund policy." She told us we had 365 days to reschedule. We told her we live 2000 miles away and won't be back. She said "give it to someone else." We said it was our son's Christmas dream, we didn't buy it for someone else. We asked her to have her boss call us to discuss. She said "it's the policy and he'll say the same thing I'm saying." Well, he hasn't had the decency to call back. This place is a sham. One plane, no safety check to make sure the plane is in working order, no remorse for ruining a 13 year old's Christmas and not even the decency to return a phone call or refund the money. Shame, shame, shame on you. You don't deserve to be in business.
