  • This evenings NTB 5 star review is courtesy of Josh and his excellent customer service! I called in regarding purchasing a battery for my son's Jeep Liberty. Not only was Josh knowledgeable of exactly what I needed, he was quick to make a great recommendation based on my needs and my budget! I could tell he was busy, but he was courteous and even apologetic when he had to put me on hold a couple of times to help an in-store customer. I could hear his kindness through the phone and that made my frustrations of an unexpected battery purchase diminish! Kudos to Josh and his outstanding customer service! He is definitely an asset to your store!
