Absolutely the best service on a warranty problem!
Purchased our new Serra set last March (2016) We started noticing manufacturer flaws, it happens! We had a 10 year warranty so I was going to be putting it to the test. I visited the store in January, the salesperson said no problem and filled out the form to go to Serra. Within days the inspector called to make appointment and inspect the bed. He told us the manufacturer would send us a letter. In less than 2 weeks we had our confirmation of our full refund and to stop in the store and pick out a new bed! 2/1/17 we purchased our new Cal King pillow top set and it will be delivered next week. Great customer service!
