  • A big thanks to trusty Christine for her heads-up on this little treasure in Etobicoke. The "Real Barbecue" in the name is for real yelpers. Here there's none of the usual desiccated meat slathered in some way too-sweet sauce that so often passes for Q in Toronto. To my experience, this sets the new standard for authentic smokey Southern goodness. Go and experience how Paul skillfully tends to his products and achieves wonderful outcomes.
