rev:text	I spoke to a guy on the phone before my visit who assured me they could get my tires done. When he said they didn't have an appointment this was misleading -- they didn't have an open appointment. They took my money and said 1 1/2 to 2 hours. After 2 1/2 hours my car finally went in to the garage and was done 3 hours after I went in. Tires well balanced but 40 psi instead of 30 despite their assurance that they checked pressure. One star taken off for not warning me how busy they were.
