One of the worst Best Buy locations. I've been lied to twice about the return policy. My most recent visit here was the last straw. The employee at checkout told me an item could be refunded if unopened OR if defective. When the item turned out defective, I took it back within an hour of purchase. The "assistant manager" claimed no refunds allowed even if it was defective and forced me into an exchange. I contacted head office who said this was incorrect, refunds ARE allowed for defective products.
I was then contacted the next day by the store manager who agreed to process the refund. This was already 3 trips to the store and an infuriating experience, but kudos to the manager who had some common sense.
I don't know if it's just this location or the chain altogether but I would think twice about ever shopping at Best Buy again for anything.
