  • I go here because they were the only location that took kids as young as my daughter when she was little. Now that's not a problem, but never had issues in the past. Decided I would schedule both of us together. It was my first time here. Getting scheduled was fine, but we get to our appointment and the front staff was so rude I literally said, "I don't HAVE to come here." The Dr was cool. The front staff is a joke though. I get my glasses in, try them on, and it was clearly the wrong prescription. Way too strong! Instantly got a headache and really couldn't see any better. It was MUCH worse. I tell her this, and she was rude about it. Kept trying to tell me I'm wrong and that it's right. I had to tell her that I would take them home, but I could guarantee I'll be back saying they're wrong. Glasses are trial and error. Accidents happen. Not everyone can be 100% correct. No big deal. I wasn't even angry at that! C'est la vie! It's how RUDE the front staff is that warrants this review... Clearly they need some new staff with much better people skills...
