Project: Typical Stucco Exterior with 4 different colors on a house with many corners and trim.
I don't want to sound redundant and echo the other reviews, but they did a stellar job from start to finish. I compared companies and they stood out as the most professional and fair valued in pricing. They do not outsource their crew or skimp on quality materials. Paint is paint, but it's nice to know a business knows their products and can educate you on what you are spending your money on.
The X factor was that the owners and project managers (Steve and Omar respectively) took pride in the finished project and aimed to make the customer happy. Most of all they instruct their crew to follow-thru. Painting is tedious, but they are very thorough. However, you must let the crew know what you need in real-time, if you are perfectionist like me aiming for a particular look. What surprised me the most is that even after full payment at the end, they heard out my paint touch-up concerns and came back to address some minor issues. I was very particular about the white trimming on the roof and Hector came out to do whatever I needed (within reason hahah).
Overall, I enjoyed the experience, because they were systematic in their painting process, open to negotiation, and were willing to compromise on the touch-ups. From the crew, to management, to Valerie the head secretary, they were affable; but, got the job done with efficient mastery. Not all talk. Hence, "Paint Masters". :)
Thank you again for listening to the picky customer. Very much appreciative for your hard work, graciousness, and honesty. Virtues that are often lacking in business relations nowadays.
